Where did you get the Good as YOUR Word photos?
I took all the pictures on photographic journeys. I had lots of help finding the best shot! Once you get started, it is hard to ignore the letters you see everywhere. I won’t call it an obsession, but someone might!
How will I remember where the letters in my WORD were found?
There will be a list on the back of YOUR frame to remind you of the origin of the letters you chose.
Have you ever thought of making a poster of the whole alphabet from one location?
Great minds think alike! I have printed 11” x 17” Alphabet posters that are collages of the alphabet from a single location.
These are displayed in the Samples section.
Why are all the frames black?
Since our photographs are all in color, black frames show off the pictures best.
What size are the photographs?
The individual photos in the frames are all vertical 4×6 inch photos.
How big are the Good as YOUR Word frames?
ALL individual photos are vertical 4×6 inches photos.

What if I have a longer name?

Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship by United Parcel Service (UPS).
How much is shipping?
UPS shipping (UPS does not deliver to post office boxes) is $15.00 in the continental US.
Plus… $5.00 to box it properly.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
If you want to pay the freight, etc., I will try to ship it to you!

Is the shipment insured?
UPS insures the package. Your receipt will be needed to make your claim.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship by UPS on the first Monday after your order is received. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email.
Can I rush ship my order?

What is your return policy?
If the package is damaged you have a claim with UPS.

Can I buy the Good as YOUR Word photographs without the frame?
The individual letter photos are only sold framed.
The Alphabet posters, however, with 26 letters in one collection, are available unframed.

Do you offer the pictures in black and white?
Sure, We can change the picture to B&W or to sepia. Let’s talk, because some pictures will “translate” better than others.

How will the color photos hold up?
Our photographs are professionally printed and we use acid-free tape, etc. We would suggest that like any other photos, you should avoid putting them in direct sunlight, but these photos will last as long as any others you have.
